All sales on Afghanikaali are final. Due to the custom nature of our dresses, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely made to your measurements and specifications, ensuring a perfect fit just for you.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your dress will enter the production phase, and modifications may no longer be possible.

3. Size and Fit

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
